This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Haya ("the Service"), operated by HAYABLOGWORLD LIMITED ("Haya", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering, accessing, or using Haya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, please stop using Haya immediately.

HAYABLOGWORLD LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong and complies with applicable data protection and digital service regulations.

1. Eligibility

To use Haya, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older, or have full legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure all registration information is accurate and up-to-date.

Haya does not target minors, nor does it knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

2. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for:

• Safeguarding login credentials and account security
• All actions performed under their account

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hayablogworld@outlook.com.

Haya is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of data necessary to provide the service:

User-provided information

• Profile information (nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, region)
• Login information (email, phone, or third-party logins such as Google / Facebook / Apple ID)
• Content voluntarily posted or uploaded (text, images, audio, video)

Device / System information

• Device model, OS version, application version
• IP address, network type, device language
• Crash reports and performance analysis

Usage information

• Activity logs, interactions, viewing history, in-app behavior

We will not collect SMS, contact list, call logs, precise location, or other sensitive information unless explicitly authorized by the user.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected data for:

• Account creation, login, and identity verification
• Providing personalized experience and app features
• Service optimization, bug fixing, and security enhancement
• Preventing fraud, spam, and abusive behavior
• Sending service notifications or updates
• Customer support

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

We may share information only under the following conditions:

• With contracted service providers necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, message delivery)
• With affiliates under confidentiality agreements
• When required by law or legal process
• When necessary to protect user safety

Any anonymized or aggregated data cannot identify individual users.

5. User Content and Community Rules

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish or transmit through Haya.

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or pornographic content
• Sexualization, exploitation, or harm to minors
• Harassment, bullying, defamation, invasion of privacy
• Fraud, impersonation, gambling, drugs, weapons, terrorism, or criminal activity
• Uploading copyrighted materials without permission
• Spamming or malicious interference

Haya reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts violating this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and technology in Haya (software, UI, logos, design, text, audio, video) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain rights to the content they create but grant Haya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content within the platform.

7. Payments, Virtual Items and Subscriptions

(1) Virtual Items (Coins)

The Platform may offer virtual items, including but not limited to virtual currency ("Coins"), which can be purchased and used within the Platform to access certain features, services, or content.

Coins:

• Have no real-world monetary value;
• Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender;
• Are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

The purchase of Coins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such virtual items within the Platform.

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Coins at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we exercise such rights.

(2)Purchases and Payment Processing

All purchases of Coins are processed through third-party platforms, including:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment transactions are handled by the respective platform provider in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the applicable platform's payment terms.

Pricing and Availability

Prices for Coins may vary depending on your region, platform, and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

The availability of Coins or related services may change without prior notice.

(3)Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

If you believe a purchase was made in error, you must request a refund directly through the platform provider:

• Apple: via your App Store account
• Google: via your Google Play account

We do not process refunds directly.

(4)Unauthorized Transactions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any purchases made through your account will be considered authorized unless proven otherwise.

If you suspect unauthorized activity, you must notify us immediately.

(5)Account Suspension and Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of this Agreement:

• You may lose access to any remaining Coins;
• We are not obligated to compensate or refund any unused Coins.

(6)Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Sell, transfer, or trade Coins outside the Platform;
• Use unauthorized payment methods;
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive purchasing behavior.

We reserve the right to take action, including suspension or termination of accounts, in such cases.

(7)Changes to Virtual Items and Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Coins or any related services at any time, for any reason, without liability.

(8)No Financial Rights

Coins do not constitute property, personal assets, or financial instruments. They cannot be inherited, transferred, or redeemed under any circumstances.

8. Service Availability, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services due to:

• System maintenance or upgrades
• Security concerns or technical failures
• Violations of law or platform policies

Users may terminate their account at any time.

9. Data Access, Portability & Deletion

You may update personal information via account settings.

To delete your account, submit a request to: hayablogworld@outlook.com

We will process requests within 14 days except when required by law to retain records.

10. Third-Party Services

Haya may include third-party links or login options.

We are not responsible for their policies or services. Please review them independently.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Haya is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haya is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Damages caused by service interruption, data loss, or unauthorized access

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes shall first attempt mediation, and if unresolved, proceed to arbitration in Hong Kong.

13. Updates to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement periodically.

Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
