The Haya Platform Operator (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") attaches great importance to user privacy and personal data protection, and we thank you for your trust in us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other independent third-party vendors, nor does it apply to products or services that have separate legal notices and privacy policies on the Haya Platform. When third parties on the Platform rely on our Platform to provide services to you, the personal data you provide to the third party does not apply to this Privacy Policy.

Please use the product or service after confirming that you fully understand and agree to the relevant product or service. 1. Definitions

Haya Platform: Refers to the official website of Haya (http://www.Hayablogworld.com/) and apps.

Haya Platform Services: The Haya Platform Operator provides services to you in various forms based on the Internet, including the Haya Platform website, users, etc. (including new service forms that will appear in the future technological development). Data required for basic functions:

(1) Register and sign in

In the process of registering an account or using the Services, the User needs to fill in or submit some necessary information: your mobile phone number, nickname, created username, gender. This data is collected to help you complete your Haya account registration. Once the registration verification is complete, your account registration will be completed after you have read and agreed to the policy and user agreement. You'll be able to use text messaging, live audio and video calls, sending gifts, comments, and more. If you do not agree to authorize or deny us access to the above data, you will not be able to use these features and services as a registered user. During the registration process, it will help us provide you with a better service and experience if you provide the following additional information: profile picture, birthday, personalized signature, interests. But if you don't provide this information, it won't affect Haya's basic functionality.

(2) Real name authentication and user authentication

If you wish to use a service or feature based on real name authentication, you may need to complete real name authentication. You consent and authorize us to collect your identifying information (sensitive data) to complete real name verification. This data is only used to verify the identity of Internet users; We will use industry-leading technologies to protect your personal data and implement encryption, limited authorization, and/or other technologies or methods to prevent it from being used for other purposes (unless otherwise authorized by you).

If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you will not be able to complete the real name verification or use the related services, but this will not affect the normal use of other basic functions.

When you browse on the Haya platform, you can "follow" other users you are interested in. To enable this feature, we collect your device information (including device model, system version, device settings, IMEI/MEID/ANDROID ID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID/MAC address/IMSI/ICCID/UDID/GUID) when you use Haya. (10) Additional features based on local storage

By enabling local storage permissions, you can download or cache images, videos, and other content to your phone storage, and upload local photos, videos, and other data from your phone storage to Haya.

(11) Additional Contact-Based Features

You can authorize us to access the contacts on your device in order to find friends through your contacts.

3. Equipment licenses that we can apply for

When providing services to you, we may need to apply for certain device permissions on your device to collect the above information and enable related features. These permissions are not allowed by default and are only activated when you explicitly authorize them to enable specific features or services. You can also withdraw your consent and refuse these permissions. In particular, your information will not be collected when the relevant features or services are not necessary, even if we have obtained your prior consent for these sensitive permissions. In addition, please note that we may use certain third-party SDKs to implement the functionality and security of our business operations and products. When using our products, you can also use H5 pages or mini-programs developed by third parties, which may also apply for relevant system permissions.

    Function description: Allow writing external data in usage scenarios
    Usage scenarios and purpose: Allow applications to write/download/save/cache/delete photos/files/crash logs.
  3. Read the status and identity of the device (mobile phone permission, device permission)
    Function description: Provide mobile device identification and other information access. Don't worry, these permissions can't be used to monitor or access anything about your phone calls or messages.
    Usage scenarios and purposes: Read the call status and ID of the device, identify the device ID, and use it for audio, video, and information display, account login, and security functions.
  4. Get the approximate geographical location
    Function description: Obtain the approximate geographical location through network location information such as base stations and WLAN.
    Usage Scenarios and Purposes: For security-related services and location-based services (LBS), such as referring nearby users, location services at the time of publication, and location services required for mini-programs.

Information shared by other users may contain information about you.

V Sensitive data

Please consider carefully before providing any sensitive data to ensure that the act of providing sensitive data is appropriate and that you agree that such sensitive data may be processed for the purposes and manner described in this policy. We will collect and process sensitive data that you have agreed to provide to enable the relevant features, and also allow you to express your objection to the collection and processing, but if you refuse to provide this information, it will affect the use of the relevant features.

Therefore, the use of this processed data does not require notification to you and your consent.

If we stop operating the products or services of the Haya Platform, we will promptly stop collecting your personal data, notify you of the cessation of operations by sending or announcing them one by one, and delete or anonymize personal data related to the closed business held by us.

3. How we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal data

(1) Sharing

When you cancel your account, all content you post will be deleted.
