The Haya Platform Operator (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") attaches great importance to user privacy and personal data protection, and we thank you for your trust in us. If you wish to use a service or feature based on real name authentication, you may need to complete real name authentication. To enable this feature, we collect your device information (including device model, system version, device settings, IMEI/MEID/ANDROID ID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID/MAC address/IMSI/ICCID/UDID/GUID) when you use Haya. You can use services like photography, live streaming, and video calls by enabling your device's camera, or by using accessibility features like activating the flash in the camera. During a video call, call data is collected.
You can upload photos, photos, and/or videos by enabling features such as accessing and uploading device albums, uploading profile avatars, posting/sharing moments, communicating with customer service, and/or providing proof.

When you cancel your account, all content you post will be deleted.

The validity, interpretation, modification, enforcement and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
